Work Experience at the local store in Canada (2023 Summer)
During the summer of 2023, I gained valuable work experience at my aunt's local business, Palli Palli Pedal Board Rental, located in Canada. The store specialized in offering pedal board rentals, catering to customers looking for outdoor water activities. As part of my role, I assisted in customer service, managed rental equipment, and ensured smooth operations during peak times. It was a great opportunity to develop my communication and organizational skills, while also learning about running a small business in a tourist-oriented environment. The experience was even more meaningful as it allowed me to work alongside my cousins and my aunt, strengthening both my professional and family connections.
Summer Camp Experience at SMUS in Canada (2023 Summer)
In the summer of 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a summer camp at St. Michaels University School (SMUS) in Canada. This experience was not only about engaging in fun activities but also about stepping out of my comfort zone. Surrounded by people from all over the world, I gained a broader perspective on different cultures and developed lasting friendships. The camp challenged me to be more independent and confident in unfamiliar situations, which significantly contributed to my personal growth.
